In any of our classes you will find members of varying fitness levels helping and encouraging each other to achieve their best.

Our Small Group Training sessions run for 45 minutes and consist of individually tailored exercises, designed for your own fitness goals.

Challenge Yourself

Push Your Limits

Are you wanting a boot camp style class but also the looking to challenge your fitness levels? Then our Push Your limits class is the perfect class for you. Not only will you regain your enjoyment with exercise, train with like-minded people but you will also find your fitness levels are taken to the next level quicker than before. In addition to your fitness improvements, you find that your energy levels soar and that will have an increase in energy each day to tackle life’s challenges both great and small.

High Intensity

Do you find that you don’t have the time or not enjoying exercise? Then our high-Intensity class is the most effective way to help you reach your goals.

Each class is 45 minutes and still get results, as it only requires short periods of going full-ball with plenty of chances to recharge, catch your breath and get ready to go again.

The higher intensity level performed during each class means that your metabolism will be required to work harder for hours after your workout is complete.

Tone and Restore

Performed with minimal rest we have developed the ultimate fat burning program that will have you feeling and looking stronger in weeks.

Using your own body weight this class is perfect for the individual looking to improve muscle strength, improve technique or looking for the ultimate fat burning class.

During a 45 minute class you will work not just one area of your body but all the muscle groups in multiple ways through specific compound exercises which will help you to improve posture, strength and reduce your risk of injury.

Stretch and Strengthen

A session developed to improve your range of motion while increasing your strength in a fun and challenging environment.

Core Stability

A fun and challenging session aimed at improving core strength.

Improved core stability can help reduce injury and improve the quality of life.

Weekend Kickstart Extreme

A mixture of our high intensity and tone and restore classes designed to have you starting each and every weekend off on the front foot.

Focusing on ensuring that all muscle groups are targeted each class will leave you feeling better within yourself.

Parents & Children

This is the perfect class for busy parents.

Allows mum and/or dad to train with their kids, each exercise can be done by the kids or the parents.
